Woah. The dust in this place is RI-DICULOUS!! Almost 3months since I blogged. :(
Hello Readers. I'm sorta back to blogging. yay yay! It's still "sorta" coz I can appear and disappear anytime. How's everyone been doing? As for me, I've been up and down!. Last session's exam period, summer, hospital practice, new session. yes yes, everything's going on a pace I can't follow. Well, I'm trying. I've just got a lot going for me and it's been a total blessing. I know I'm strong enough to handle "anything", almost.

Few hours ago, I randomly stumbled on "Isaac Carree" on Youtube during my study session. I must admit, the song I stumbled on was H-amazing!!!!  Here's the link, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VkUpre3j2ZU&feature=related

Meanwhile, I shuffled through his other songs and behold, I found one with very powerful lyrics. I'm gonna post the lyrics up and the link to the song in my next post. That's actually the reason I decided to blog today. *covers face*

She was lost in thoughts. Thinking and planning as always. She involuntarily took her pen and wrote down everything she ought to do in the next month. Out of her never ending list was the plan to at least meet the man of her dreams. In her mid thirties and still single,  Seun couldn't help but question herself. Needed to know exactly why she wasn't attracting men. Ok she was, but they weren't her kind.

She knew better than to settle for the least. CEO of a respectable brand. She was established, rich but still unhappy.  In retrospect, she remembered her encounter with Segun, the man she was in love with for a very long while. He was a business partner and their friendship had kicked off on the right note.

She already knew she would agree to date him if he asked. Almost a year later, Segun had not asked if they could date but was showing affections like he was interested. She was glad that they had a good foundation for a relationship since they were good friends. She waited patiently for the moment that never came.

Months later,  Segun invited her to a dinner and she was so elated she thought "this is it"... On getting there, she realized they had company.

Troublesome and stubborn heart
Yeah that's the definition for this piece of God's art
Heart always yearning for revenge
Always planning to avenge
When done wrong.
It claimed to be strong
But yet showed weakness
Claimed to be humble
But yet always fumbled.

It has its reasons
When you've gone through every season
Of heartbreak and deceit

Ok Let's rewind.
I'm not here to tell you about my daily routine.
I'm here to let you in on a scene
So you don't get left behind.
You see,
There's this issue that been on my mind.
It might come as a surprise
But I'll still share it with you.

  I never thought that day would come. The day I lost the girl I used to be. That little girl who was all so innocent and naive but smart; the little girl that would bravely tell me to be strong when I'm weak; the girl that would give me the courage to face my fears.

  She was my best company. Always there, at the receiving end, when I rant for hours unending. Through the times of constant nagging and screaming, she was there to revive my soul back to it's serenity. I've chased her out of my life a number of times but she was too stubborn to leave. She made sure she gave me every reason why I needed her. Those reasons always made me change my mind anytime I deemed it necessary that it was her time to leave. I still can't give an account to why she finally left but I'm sure if I think it through, I could have been the one that single-handedly chased her, again. The only difference is, this time she actually conformed.

North signifying how high and devoted the love can attain.
